National Forestry Administration has recently approved to build Nyemo National Forest Park in Tibet Autonomous Region. Located at the junction of Xigaze, Lhoka and Nagqu and to the north of the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River, the 6,192-hectare Nyemo National Forest Park is rich in forest resources including original shrub, cypress and walnut trees. And Rico and Ruba Lake wetlands in Nyemo can be viewed as the birds' heaven with black-necked cranes, bar-headed gooses, ruddy shelducks and some other rare birds.
